On princess cruises how much are spa treatments?

  QT is correct. Every ship has different prices for the different massages . For a hair cut and styling, I paid about $60. They did do a great job. My favorite massage thus far was the hot stone message. I have had also a deep tissue massage, but that was a little too rough, Now, I live in a famous place in California where spas and massages are offered everywhere and I must say that the ones on the cruise ship were better then what we get here in town. I sometimes get pedicures too. They cost about $50. So, I tell people who ask that the massages on the ship are almost double of what they cost here in my home town.
