Gorgeous boy! Does he have arab in him? Hehe Anyways, really any horse can pop over some jumps under 3ft, as long as they are physically sound for it. A few jumps isn't going to hurt him, but if you plan on jumping him regularly and doing courses and such, you might want to get a vet to make sure he's sound for it. It'll save you money and possibly a horse if he gets injured or permantely damaged by jumping :( If you do start jumping him, make sure you only jump 1-2 a week and never two days in a row! Remember that dressage and flat work are the key to any successful jumping course :) And i know you didnt ask this, but in some of those pictures you are kinda pullnig his nose in too much and probably trying to collect him? That really is gonna cause some unhappiness from him :/ haha If youre trying to collect, kee pa light contact on the reins, but PUSH him into it with your legs. Make sense? :) Goodluck! I hope you and your horse have some fun jumping ahead of you :D

You'll find that 3 feet is a lot higher then you think. I can jump 2' bareback on my 11.1h pony and with him being that small, the jump seems a LOT higher! I don't really think he can do a whole lot with jumping but that doesn't mean you can't jump him yourself. Po doesn't jump good but I still jump him. He isn't going to be a horse that I take to shows and jump, just an around the house, fun jumper. I think that's all Tango will be, no offense. I look for a tall, long legged, willing to learn horse. Usually those are TB's and WB's but sometimes (rarely) a QH. Hope this helps! =) -Fresh--Paint-

I love your horse and think he would be a great jumper he has a short back a nice rounded butt his cannon bones are great and he has a great bounce to his strides. I think he could do very well in jumping (proper jumping) not that hunter stuff. I have an anglo-arab and he was an awesome jumper when I bought him I couldn't ride him because he was just three and never touched and I free jumped him in the arena and he flew over with a great roundness and popped his back legs out over it just like a pro I knew then that he was made for jumping. unfortunately he broke his pelvis a few years ago and can no longer jump that high anymore. So don't listen to this people and go for it I think with him being trained and you you will do great.
