I am writing an essay and the following facts are vital...I can't seem to find exactly what I'm looking for so help plz! - how many tigers are killed annually? - how ...show more

Answer:
I suppose this would depend on what kind of tiger you are talking about, though they are all endangered. I read somewhere that it was about 50, but that seems oddly low since poachers LOVE tigers. Here is info for the sumatran tiger: http://www.panda.org/what_we_do/endangered_species/endangered_species_list/tigers/sumatran_tiger/trade_sumatran_tiger/ Here is good information on pandas that was updated last year: http://factsanddetails.com/china.php?itemid=378&catid=10&subcatid=68
