I'm a huge Bright Eyes fan. My favourite song at the moment is June on the West Coast. I recommend you listen to it if you haven't already!! Some other good artists would be Sufjan Stevens, Elliott Smith, Rilo Kiley, Art in Manila.. There's many more but a lot of it is just trial and error, some stuff you'll like and some you won't!
