here's a good tip. Instead of stuffing it with stuffing, use vegetables. Quarter a large onion, large chop 3 carrots and 3 celery stalks. Stuff them in the cavity of the bird before cooking. The flavors will steam into the bird and so will the moisture. Stuffing is bread and it will draw the juice out of the turkey leaving it dry. Another cool tip: cover the bird with raw bacon before cooking. As the bacon cooks the fat will baste the turkey and you'll have a crisp brown bird. Bon apetite

i find that if u put the turkey in those oven bags, they come out great! they r so moist! i put a bed of celery,onions, and carrots on the bottom -turkey on top and it smells so good while it is cooking! can't go wrong with them cooking bags, works great with hams too!

I like to baste my Turkey with Butter and then when it is fully cooked I like to slice it and add chicken broth because it keeps it nice and moist,and when I make my Stuffing I add The chicken broth to it instead of the water,It comes out tasting Great! Good Luck,Hope all turns out Delicious!
