How do I add an image to my LinkedIn Update?
-
It's not resolving the image shown in my blog post. Do I have to add a tag or is it because I'm using typepad?

Answer:
HI, Usually Linkedin will automatically extract images you have on the blog/article you share on Linkedin Update. However, there are a few situations where they are unable to extract it. 1) Image must be smaller than 1MB. If it is larger, Linkedin can't extract. Usually 4:1 ratio. If the image is too large, sometimes Linkedin might crop it or simply can't fit in their system. 2) Check if your webhost is blocking Linkedin from extracting Linkedin extract your images from your <image> tag. Other than using a small image or unblocking them, there is nothing else you need to do.
