As she told you that she would contact you in a week, I would wait. If you don't hear after the week, you can follow up. It seems they are interested, otherwise she wouldn't have called you, but they are either conservative, slow or they are not sure. In the meantime, I would keep applying to other jobs just in case.

It appears that they are still considering the matter. You may or may not get an offer. However, there is no reason why you cannot inquire on the outcome of your interview. Do so after a few days.
