Unless you are a victim of genocide or a similar act you probably don't need a human rights attorney. These are usually attorneys who work on cases involving human rights codified in various international treaties, etc. Something like being imprisoned for your political beliefs could require a human rights attorney, but in many countries this would be handled by a civil rights attorney. Many other things that could also fall under human rights (child labor, for example) are usually handled by different types of attorneys when it comes to specific cases rather than general law and policy.

If you have a problem with your employer, look for an employment lawyer, if it's a problem with your business, consult a commercial lawyer etc. If you have a problem with the police, logdge a complaint using their complaints procedure.
