    Polygraph test are not valid in a court, but employers use them all the time to to try to keep employees honest. The test would be one of the terms of employment for anyone who wants to work there. It is somewhat despicable.

no...and you could refuse one and in any case...a lie detector is not admissable in a court of law...so what is the point.
