How do you find a job after college when no one will hire you due to no experience?

    You may have to find a company that will hire you as an intern or volunteer. It's a horrible job market with ridiculous expectations. Please hang in there - be creative in finding ways to develop references and contacts who can actually promote your work quality, etc.

You have to start with an internship and hope they hire you or that your experience is better for the next job you apply compare to the people who applied. I got a job with a different industry experience for a job that required 2-4 years experience in that field. Thanks goodness my degree is useful. If you got a 4 yr graphics degree you are better off than 2 year graphics degree. Keep applying!

Try looking for state & federal jobs,newspapers,ad agencies.etc. You might even consider joining joining the military as an officer. World travel,good pay,free medical.And girls love a guy in uniform!
