  14 tor 16 id say. in interviews, be honest with urself and the interviewer, if u come across nervous and they ask u if u are nervous admit to it! :D, its a natural thing and it wouldnt be a surprise or an offence to the interviewer. when they ask questions speak clearly, not too fast, and make sure wot u are saying makes sense. the pay will vary, younger casual workers tend to be paid a little less than part time or full time older workers, and if you are paid on an hourly basis, then the more hours you work the more you are paid, but dont overwork yourself, school and family are important too! best of luck!
