i dont know about 9$ an hour but i know you can get a job playing with pets. like when people go on vacation and they put their pets in a boarding place, well they hire people to play with the animals, clean the cages, and give them fresh water and food everyday. my friend does that and shes 16 and she said it was really easy and it was pretty fun.
