No- it does not pay very, very, very good. It only pays $50-60,000/year. Yeah, that's more than a teacher makes, but on no planet would that be considered very, very good. Let alone very, very, very good. It's not really an easy job. They work with people that are very sick, so it can be stressful. Hospital environments often have a lot of busy people and politics. Some of the care is given in the patient's home, so there's an element of danger and inconvenience there. Yes, it's a good job that can get you started relatively soon and the pay is good. But it's not going to make you rich.
