I have a job interview at the civil service.. can you give me advice on what suit to wear?

    You should wear a dark coloured suit. Don't worry about getting an expensive one unless it's a high position job. You shouldn't be seen as being 'silly' with your own money. Just wear a dark coloured suite that fits well and is comfortable.

You must be joking? wear what you feel suits you. A dark suit something smart and be yourself. Be honest and just. Who gives a flying f%%ck about your suit. Its you that matters. Good Luck . Be yourself !! Be honest dont try to something your not. hey marks and spencers have good suits . dont spend a fourtune Im sure you will look fab.

Either will identify you as a parvenu. A Berwin and Berwin might be just acceptable provided you keep the jacket buttoned. I'd suggest charcoal grey with a chalk stripe, plain white shirt and blue tie.
