Can I apply for a Federal job with a foreign degree?

Can I qualify for a Federal job,CDC or V.A. Hospital if I have a felony(1 year probation). M.A degree.?

Anything dealing with Federal Law Enforcement you would not be able to apply for (FBI, CIA, SS, ATF). I am not sure about the VA. I also know you could not work for any type of Children's Protective Services. The rest all depends on the agencies requirements...good luck
