That seems fine to wear. You shouldn't be worried about overdressing for an interview. It shows the person interviewing you that you care about getting the job. Make sure you are clean and neat though too. Wear dress shoes and dress socks with the dress pants and dress shirt, tucked in, with a belt. Tie the tie correctly and up to the top with top button buttoned. You could add a sweater-vest if you want too. A suit jacket is a little much, but you are always safe wearing a shirt & tie to an interview.
