  the role of a mkting manager is very diffcult but dont worry be calm n do one thing that try to have a tall structure in ur company i.e; do one thing first of all divide the work in step by step it will give u a centralised decision making power and start insentive like suppose any employee did good work say what u expect 4m he did 85 % of it give him normal payment if he did 100% give him payment + 10% incentive or bonus n so on n then keep in mind one thing that everybody should be responsible to a person or commended by a head
