Sales assistand/marketing assistant?

Research the company by looking at the company website and doing a quick Google search to see if any news articles come up. Some common questions might be: Why our company? What are your strengths/weaknesses? Explain a time something went wrong and what you did to fix it. Even if they don't add on the what you did to fix it, make sure you tell them what you did and what the positive outcome of the event was. They'll ask you if you have any questions. Make sure you have at least 3-5 questions prepared. They could ask about a time you worked in a team. They could also ask you some weird questions just to see what type of answer you'll come up with and if you can think on the spot. Make sure you give an answer and not just sit there. I was once asked what item I would be on my desk and why I would be that item. They may also ask you to describe a time that you failed. Again, explain the situation fully and what your role was in it but try to turn it into a positive experience by saying what you learned from it.
