Urban Outfitters Job?

Applied for a job at Urban Outfitters. Is this normal?

  Yes, I would think it's a good sign. But also keep in mind there are a lot of factors that could play into this. For example, there might be one manager that is in charge of hiring, and he just happened to be there and available at that moment. It could also mean that they viewed you as a good candidate, and didn't see the need to let you walk away without saying a few words to you. However, it could also mean they are short-staffed, and need people right away....I would consider this a bad sign, because if they are having a problem keeping the store staffed, it might be a reflection of how management treats its staff.
