depending how long you have been employed there are you over your probationary period ask for your evalution and let them know all that you are doing and tell them you want to advance if their is room to if not let them know that if you are going to do their work you want more pay or you might have to move on. dont be scared to ask because they arent going to fire you.

it sounds like your manager has gotten used to you. if you quit, how soon could he find someone like you? never! be aware of this fact and say. "I love my job, but I have new expenses coming up soon (make something up, school, rent, whatever) and may not be able to keep this job because of pay. would you consider increasing my salary or assigning me to do something in a different area that has a higher salary, like management?" If he says no, ask him what you could do to work your way up, any training you need to do and do that. good luck

you need to just come out and ask, if you dont feel comfortable doing that id advise you looked for a new job elsewhere. you need to feel comfortable where you work - its where you spend most of your time. plus it seems as thought they take advantage of you. move on and find some employer that appreciates the extensive qualities (experience) that you have to offer. good luck

Say, "I've been working here for x amount of years and I feel I do more than my share of work, so I think I am worth more than what my current pay is."
