Look into your county, city, or community Parks & Recreation programs. They have many programs that allow you to work as ticket takers, or out in the local parks. I believe you would still get paid minimum wage, but your hours will be limited and you would need a work permit. But it's a great place to start! Even if you start volunteering now and by 16, then you can work more hours. Good luck!

Try being a bagger at a grocery store. It's a simple job and I think they start at minimum wage, whatever that is in your state.
