You may be anemic. For most, especially during the summer and winter months, your nasal passages just get to dry from being dehydrated. Make sure you are drinking at least 8 glasses or 2 quarts of water a day. If you are very active outside in the heat you need to drink more. Also, it may sound weird to some, but eat jello. It works for nose bleeds. I don't know the how and why, but if increasing your water does not help, try it.
