I think so.For example,one actor I noticed was the guy who played an abusive teenage boyfriend in one episode,and a guy on cheating partners.you also see him during the little clips of the persons story.entertaining,though

I don't believe that show is real at all. I mean just like what you said.....the audience gets shocked by everything they hear and then they have guest on the show that are afraid things that are ridiculous. And then have you noticed how everytime they have thoe paternity test shows where when the women find out that the guy that they're accusing of being their baby's daddy isn't really the father they all run back stage to that couch and start crying? and have you noticed how all those men that are being accused of being the father get on the tapes and say.....I am 100% positive that I am not the father of so and so's baby? lol I know this stuff can't be real.

Ya.. I wonder the same thing sometimes. Like the chicks that go on TV with 10 guys and none of them are the babies father. And the lady is saying but Maury look my baby has his ears or his elbows. Those people put the GHET in GHETTO.

These are REAL People. I know because a co-worker of mine was on an episode dealing with Paternity Testing. He was the father and the girl was another coworker. To answer your question to the best of my knowledge no they are not actors.
