Half Moon Bay basically--that's both the beach and the area's name--and when the Marvericks competition happens, you'll know exactly where it is because cars are parked all along the highway and there are people standing on the bluffs and everywhere trying to see. If it's a warm sunny day, it's a great place to be (on grey windy days, it can get really--trying and cold).
