Giobikes.com. If u bid on them u can get them really cheap. I bought 1 last year for $600. That was with shipping. I rode it for a summer then i grew out of it. The whole time i rode it i did not have a problem with it and i didnt go easy on it. Id say that it could go about 80-90 kph.
