What do you think this big Firmware 3.0 update is supposed to do on the PlayStation 3?

    Hopefully they will add the ability to watch VCDs from any region. Cross-game chat is meh to me as most my friends don't bother with a mic.

I don't believe you. Sony would never say anything about their future firmware updates unless it was coming in the next couple days (and the Blog would have some info). From what i've seen, Sony has denied all of the 3.0 update rumors. The truth is, nobody knows what its gonna have. EDIT: Well, that link basically proves my point. Sony practically denied everything in that article, which means Sony did not claim a damn thing. Nothing but worthless speculation by some PC schmuck.
