Can I recover photos I've deleted from Facebook?

I doubt it, but I can dream- is there any way I can recover photos, through Facebook, that I have deleted from the site? Same answer for Myspace would be appreciated as well.

I don't think so because once your snaps deleted you cant get them back. The only way to get your snaps back ask your friends because some of your friends often save your picture if they really like it. You can ask them may be you can get some of your snaps.
