How to get facebook to stop sending my email status updates?

    1. Go to 'Accounts' in the upper right hand corner of the screen 2. Choose 'Account Settings' 3. Choose the 'Notifications' tab. The third tab from the right. 4. Uncheck anything you don't want sent to your email. 5. Make sure to click 'Save Changes' at the bottom of the page. If you use facebook daily, I'd uncheck everything. If there are certain things you want notification of, check only those things.

Go to facebook> click on Account> Notifications> Unclick the check marks under email where you dont want to receive emails> Save changes.

Have them send it to a yahoo! account and mark the e-mail as spam.
