No, they could DDos you, and thats about it. But it only works if a lot of people do it at the same time. But they coulden't access info.

An IP address is just an identification of where you are using the Internet from, although in the wrong hands someone could "hack" your computer, but there's not much use in that unless you have something really important on there. Your firewall will usually protect you though. So, don't worry.
