How do I stop MSN from popping-up automatically when my computer turns on?

Whenever we turn the computer on, MSN pops-up and slows the computer down and gets in the way. How can I get it to stop?

Menu> tools>options>sign in> deselect auto sign in (should be the first radio button) In any other case if this does not work or you want to turn anything else off when the computer starts up.... START menu> run>Open: msconfig>startup(tab)> deselect any unwanted programs
