How to make msn live messenger work in vista?

After i type in my email adress in msn it says Windows live messenger has stopped working can somebody help me with that.

I wouldn't say it's Window Vista. As I use Window Vista & MSN. Which works perfectly fine. It may very well be your internet. But try meebo.com as well, to see if your putting you address and other info in right. If you login there fine. Try uninstalling and reinstalling MSN to your computer. Hope that helps.
