I am having the same problem you are. Downloading an older version will not work because it is a mandatory update and if you need to install the new version because of getting a new pc or w.e...there is no way around this! stupid msn

MSN usually screws things up like this on their initial release. It should be back up within a few days, though uninstalling and reinstalling does nothing to fix it. Your best bet is to uninstall it and download an earlier version: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/thankyou.aspx?familyId=d78f2ff1-79ea-4066-8ba0-ddbed94864fc&displayLang=en After a few days, it should be safe to try again. Regarding Marcinek: If you uninstall your newer version, you will be able to install an older one (I even included a link). I'm on an older version now after having installed the new and bugged one twice over... perhaps you should try it before speaking out?
