How can i get many subs on my youtube? and many views :)?

You get subscribers and viewers by producing content they want to watch. It's that simple.

The best way is to create quality videos (as in 720p videos) where they are NOT shaky cameras with static etc. Also, be consistent. A subscription is so that they can watch any future videos made by you. You are more likely to be subscribed if you consistently create new videos (WHILE MAINTAINING THE QUALITY). I've been making videos for several years and I currently have a quarter million views.
