    there is a reason they are blocked at your work - your employer doesnt want you wasting time on social networking sites if you decide to use a proxy site like the other people suggested, then those proxy sites will steal your email and passwords, and possibly also money out of your bank account you should just wait til you get home to use social networking sites instead
