Well they dont have them all but the Overdrive Ebook Public library program has many. You have to see if the device you want is compatible and then find your library. You need your local library card to sign up right online easily. Some local Libraries actually have Ebook loaning programs now. You can usually go to their website. Select the book(s) that you want, and download them to your reader for a period of a few weeks before they expire. Perfectly legally!

The only one I really know of is ereaderperks.com and It isnt a site with all eBooks ... the popular authors you still pay for - sites with popular authors are typically illegal. I do not know of any that are legit. I usually search amazon for free books with high star ratings and good reviews and find books that way - I found one really good one Thorugh the Dark Wood by Geno Allen. You can get that one from Amazon for free. Otherwise - yeah - just ereaderperks.com

I like Bookyards.com its my favorate ebooks website.The Bookyards website has a decent collection of Ebooks that you can download for free. It also contains certain course material for schools and colleges along with other informative ebooks.

I down load free books from Amazon but not all books are free.
