The Queen is Supreme Governor of the Church of England pretty much in name only. I'd put Rowan Williams, the Archbishop of Canterbury and Primate of the C of E, up against Ratzi any day, and I'm sure he'd win.

The Queen is the "supreme governor" of the Church of England. Not even Scotland, etc., just England. And, not other Anglicans either - just England. The Queen and the Pope have met, and apparently, they actually get along quite well.
