This happened to me and i did that i used to have the same perscription in each eye now they are differen, but not by a whole lot. so thats one risk also i had to close the eye that didnt have a contact in order to see well and it was awkward while in class to look like i constantly wink, so buy an eye patch, im a -3.25 and -3.00 now, but back then it was -3.75 so it did get a little better but im not sure it was due to the lack of dependence of the contact lenses hope this helps. If you need glasses for the time being go to eyebuydirect.com they have cheap glasses but look really nice
