Adjusting snowboard bindings?

I bought a used snowboard this week. The girl I bought it from rides regular, but I ride goofy. How do I change the bindings to goofy? Should I just swap the angles for the left ...show more

I would swap the binding around, but that's up to you, just twisting them 180 works too. As for the angles, I prefer 21 and -5, meaning that my back foot also point forward.

you want your feet( toes) panned out from eachother. ex(the bottom are your toes) / \ so it doesn't hurt your feet when you go backwards. and yes you just switch your bindings to the tother side
