Is this a good park snowboard?

Need a good park/street snowboard?

    Skate banana. There is a reason they are so popular in the park. Its because they are wicked rad. Awseome flex, reverse camber, and the magna traction is so cherry for east coast hardpack. Never ridden a flow but haven't heard anything good about them. I've owned numerous Burtons and was hesitant to change. Once I did I never looked back. I also really like my Rome artifact until I snapped it (My fault). Never ridden a neversummer but have heard mixed reviews, mostly positive. Check out Team 8's.

Just because Burton is popular doesn't mean that it's the best choice out there. Never Summer is a brand that is starting to grow, their products are made in America, specifically Colorado. They've improved so much it's unbelievable. Their boards come with an outstanding 3 year warranty and the quality is phenomenal. There's also cheaper boards out there that are not so known brands, that are also great quality. It also depends on what you are personally looking for though. I'd just take some time and do some research on a couple boards that spark your interest and see what people have to say specifically about that board because a lot of the people on here aren't even snowboarders, they've just heard of Burton and immediately answer with Burton for anything they possibly can.

Where do you ride? This could help a lot in figuring out if a board is right for you. What percent of the time do you see yourself in the park vs. mountain? You'll need to sacrifice something when it comes to finding a board that'll work. you can either get a soft park board board that will most likely struggle with the rest of the mountain, or you can get a park board that's a tad stiffer that'll work all over the mountain but won't be as playful. I could help if I knew more details. BHAG: I'd take a Never Summer over a Flow board anyday. It is true that Never Summer boards were heavy back in the day but they've come a long long way and that argument isn't true anymore. I'd like to see Flow compete with Never Summer in terms of quality and durability. heck, they even have a 3 year warranty. For someone who says "I don't like to talk bad about other companies" you sure talk a lot of crap about any company other than Flow. I wonder if it has something to do with your site selling basically nothing but Flow products..... hmmm..... hmmmmmmmmm

I would have to say that Stepchild makes a nice board! Check out their site. They make board for every where on the mountain. The Park Rat and Jp Walker boards are perfect for the park and the street. If you want to see the board perform check out there vids!
