mu coaches have always told me to wear them in the house it makes the break in time less use them in the house a little to get used to the feel of them and on ice do lots of backward crossovers ive always worn mine in the house and its never done me any harm with sfr u wont need to break them in i had the much stronger modle and had to land toeloops/salcow the first time i skated
