How is ink made?

If the tattoo is made by the ink being underneth the skin, then how is it that it can be seen

  • is any of the ink left on the top of the skin

  • Answer:

Once the tattoo heals, it sits beneath the skin. Your skin is fairly transparent and acts like a window. You have to look through it to see the tattoo. So, when you get a tan, it's like tinting your window. :)

skin is pretty translucent when you look at peoples arms and legs you can see the blue lines of their veins. The ink is put into the skin staining it leaving a permanet scar. The tattoo heal just like a scrap except it is pretty. This is the stage when care is the most important. After the healing process it is all skin okay you are not going to leave a tattoo print every time you touch something with it LOL. The same way you can see a splinter - skin is fairly transparent and made up of lots of layers.
