Can henna tattoos be as good as real tattoos?

  Yea, they're temporary. I got a cute one at knott's berry farm LOL. I think it lasts for a couple weeks or less, depending if you take showers often. And yea, just like regular tats, henna designs can be just as detailed, whether you want a big or small design. Usually henna tattoos are brown, but I've seen some tats that have a dull blue or red color to them.
