To The guy before my answer: If the sixtieth period the football levels were weak and realmadrid won these cups during that weakness , Why didnt A.C Milan won the same cups that period??????

If your talking about who then it is Real Madrid on 9, AC Milan on 7, Liverpool on 5 cups. But technically Real Madrid won most of theirs in the 1960s so most successful in the last 20 years is AC Milan having won 5 since 1988. So AC Milan is biggest Champion of the Champions League!
