Jobseekers allowance is taxable income. It should show as an adjustment to your tax code. I do not know what "prsi" and "universal charge" are - perhaps you should ask your employer what that is. You should have two tax codes, one for the JSA and one for your employer. It would help if you told us what tax codes are in operation and how much you get from each source.
