    First check with your doctor that you are not alergic to sulpha drugs. Almost all cream for scars contain a form of sulpha. Almost killed me.

That works, but Neosporin has something called "scar solutions" which has worked well with most of my post operative patients. It's a little pricey, but you can reuse the adhesive silcone strips. It does take some time, but be persistent with the treatment. Good luck!

A scar is a scar so I would imagine it would work on a section scar. Head-on also makes a new product that helps minimize scars as well. And thats OTC.
