When will German trains come to St Pancras International?

Is the platform to Folkestone on St pancras station the same level as the platform that the derby trains come?

  Hello Your EMT train from Derby will arrive into St. Pancras on platforms 1-4. The SouthEastern Trains "High Speed" services to Folkestone (and Dover Priory) leave from platforms 11-13. Even though all the platforms are on the same level, you cannot get between platforms 1-4 and 11-13 directly becuase in between them is the Eurostar platforms. You need to exit platforms 1-4 go down the escalator onto the concourse, walk past the ticket office and then go back up again to reach platforms 11-13. All the platform areas are fully accessible using lifts and/or escalators.
