My messages and comments won't work right on my yahoo 360. What could be the problem?

Check that your communications are set up correctly anyway. It also depends on who is sending the messages. - Click your "Settings" link at the top of your 360 page - Click your "Communications Settings" link on the left side - Go to your Yahoo Messages settings and enable them for the group that includes the person you are trying to IM (see your "My Friends" page to make sure). Do the same for the invitations settings and IM settings. If you are setting everything to "Public" or "Everyone on 360" then you don't need to check your my friends page. - Click the "Save and Continue" button at the bottom. - Click your "Alerts" link on the left side - Check the box next to Mailbox and Comments, then check the box next to "Deliver To:". Make sure that your e-mail address is selected. An alert for messages and comments will go there in addition to landing in your 360 Mailbox. - Click the "Save and Continue" button at the bottom. Also, make sure to clear out your outstanding invitations: - Go to your "Mailbox" page. - Click on outstanding invitations (left side of page...your limit is 100) and delete them. - Delete expired invitations (view the invitations and then delete them on that next screen). Check your "Sent" folder as well. - Go to your "My Friends" page. Remove or add the people listed there. Also, check your "Favorites" list on the left side. QUICK COMMENTS: - In your "My Page," click on the "Settings" link for the comment module (in lower left corner of the module). - Click the "Allow comments by" dropdown and change the permission from "Just Me (Private)" to something else if you want others to actually type in a textual comment as well. - Check the "enable quick comments box" = KEY POINT! - Click the "Save" button. If you don't have quick comments after doing the above or are still having problems receiving messages, click on your Feedback link on the top right of your 360 space to send in a Help form to Yahoo. Make sure to check how other people view your page by clicking on the drop down menu "Preview as seen by" at the top right of your 360 "My Page.
