How much better are private schools over regular public schools? How much more can you learn from private schools and what are the chances of getting into a better college?
-
Answer:
Most teachers at private schools are not any good. They lecture all class, kids take notes, takes tests, and write papers. Kids at these schools do better than public schools kids b/c, frankly, they are smarter and their parents actually care. Public school teachers cannot suck or they will get fired. Many slip through the cracks of poor administrators and make it to tenure, but nowadays with high stakes testing, the public school teacher who makes it by faking it is a dying breed. We are forced to do good work and use proven methods of instruction; our jobs depend on it.
