Why did yahoo answer remove my question?

Does Yahoo remove a question if you don't choose a best answer & choose to let the community choose one?

    Questions are not always removed for violations. Other than through violations, questions can be removed if: → Question receives no answers after 4 days (question is removed, points are NOT returned to the asker) → Voters choose "no best answer" (question is removed, points ARE returned to the asker) → The best answer is reported and removed as a violation (in which case, the asker would NOT lose points)

I didn't think it would remove the answer either.. I've asked questions without a best answer and they weren't removed from Yahoo Answers. Good luck(:

If it received no answers it will be removed after the answer period expires & no notice will be given. If the Best Answer that was voted ended up being reported & deleted as a violation , it also causes the question to be deleted & no notice sent to the person who asked. Since there was no violation to the question itself*
