How To Check Scam Website?

How can i check if a website is reliable to order from or if its just a scam?

    There are a couple things you can look at. 1 - The effects on the site. - When you open it up, is it organized, or just random? Is it welcoming, or does it drive you away? Which products do they sell...? etc. 2 - The website Security - If you are able to purchase something online from this site, act like you're going to buy something, select a product, click purchase, or whatever you need to do to get to enter your information. From there, look at the Address Bar for the page and see if it starts with "https://" rather than the "http://". If there is no "s", then the site is unreliable to purchase from. Any legit site will have a secure purchase site. 3 - If it is one of the ads you see when you access a site, like... "You are the 999,999 Visitor, you've won!" then it's a scam... "You have won a free iPad" = Scam. Those kind of things are scams for sure, never let them have your email, or you will simply receive a bunch of junk, and scam emails. I hope I helped! In addition to the great points above, I always check the registry data http://whois.domaintools.com/ - enter the website name in the box on this page and it will show you when the site was created and where they are located. I personally will not buy from any site that is less than a year old, that is registered overseas, or that hides it's registry details through a proxy
